We know the value of employing experienced and knowledgeable staff to support the high levels of customer service that we offer, in fact some of our best staff used to be our best customers! Although retail experience and an ability to maximise sales is important, we also understand the importance of having an interest in our customers. This may mean that you enjoy travelling, climbing or just the great outdoors but whatever it is, it will give you an advantage. We are committed to staff training to help develop product knowledge and have regular training sessions in-store and out in the hills. We also actively encourage all members of staff to use the gear we sell.
